Four years ago this month, I brought Socks home.
A few months ago, my sister adopted a Chihuahua named Riri. My sister wanted to get Riri settled in to her new life before she met up with her new cousin and finally, after weeks of getting used to her cushy new living arrangement, my sister brought Riri over for some bonding time.
I adopted Socks back in October of 2014. He weighed about 60 pounds when I took him in for his first vet visit. Fast forward two years later when I brought him in because he was limping. He hopped on the scale and the bright red numbers flashed 75.
